These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RETRA mobile application ("App"), operated by a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The App allows users to load ROM files to emulate games. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any ROM file you use is legally acquired. Uploading, downloading, or using pirated or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
The App offers a subscription that grants access to premium features. Subscriptions are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee compatibility with all devices. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or performance issues.
All content, branding, and features of the App are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use the App in any way that infringes on these rights.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, including the use of pirated ROMs, unauthorized access, or disruptive behavior, may result in termination of your access.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device malfunction, or service interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published in the App and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
